Our Solutions
Under this mode, Vendemmia is the importer, while the client is the orderer.
Import by order is the import mode where the contracted company (Vendemmia) acquires goods abroad with its resources and carries out import customs clearance to resell them exclusively to the contracting company, previously determined, called the orderer. Both companies must be authorized and registered with the Federal Revenue Service.

Import on behalf of third parties is the import mode where the contracting company, called the acquirer, appoints an importing company (Vendemmia), which will be granted temporary possession of the goods to carry out the import process. The RFB defines that the principal purpose of the legal relationship is to render the service of facilitating import customs clearance. This import mode anticipates the issue of the invoice for services and the transfer of ownership document. Both companies must be authorized and registered with the Federal Revenue Department.

The company, duly qualified to operate in foreign trade, outsources the management of its import processes but acts directly as an importer. In this case, Vendemmia will only provide the management service.
